Earnest Ease was designed to relieve the managing broker, attorneys and landlords of the stress of handling earnest money in its sensitive nature. We provide the tracking and record keeping as well as the safe delivery of funds to the title company. Our third-party services are easy to use, will hold your records for up to seven years from the date of initiation of file.

The Problem

Title companies will do it; but the attorney must open a file and there must be an additional agreement for payment for this service
